BLUE LIGHT & THE BRAIN

Blue light from smartphones, tablets, computers, TVs, and other screens can influence how the brain regulates sleep and alertness. Exposure, especially in the evening, can suppress melatonin and make it harder to fall asleep. Poor sleep can then affect concentration, memory, mood, and daytime energy. Using night-mode settings, lowering screen brightness, and taking regular screen breaks can help reduce nighttime exposure and support better sleep and overall brain health.
