🎙️ URINE COLORS ♿️

URINE COLORS

Urine color can be a simple way to notice changes in your body. Pale yellow usually indicates healthy hydration, while dark yellow or amber can be a sign that you may need more fluids. Very clear urine may mean you're drinking more water than your body needs.

Changes to pink, red, brown, orange, green, or blue can sometimes result from foods, vitamins, medications, or dehydration, but they may also be associated with certain health conditions. Persistent unusual colors -especially when accompanied by pain, burning, fever, a strong odor, or visible blood-should be discussed with a healthcare professional.
