🎙️CARPAL TUNNEL ♿️

Sep 26
1 min read

Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when the median nerve in the wrist becomes compressed, often causing numbness, tingling, burning, pain, or weakness in the hand and fingers.

Symptoms may affect the thumb, index, middle, and part of the ring finger and can become worse at night or with repetitive hand movements.

Treatment may include rest, wrist splints, physical therapy, medications, or other medical treatments depending on severity.

Recognizing symptoms early can help prevent worsening nerve damage and protect hand function.
