🎙️ AMPUTATION ♿️

Amputation

is the surgical removal of a limb or part of a limb, which may be necessary because of severe injury, infection, disease, poor circulation, or other serious medical conditions. Life after amputation can bring physical challenges, changes in mobility, and emotional adjustments. Rehabilitation, physical therapy, prosthetic devices, adaptive equipment, and a strong support system can help individuals regain independence and confidence.

Every person's journey is different, but amputation does not define a person's abilities, potential, or future.
